A self-hosted Voluum alternative

Voluum runs in the cloud and charges by the event. Roitrack runs on your server and charges $69 a month, flat, whatever your traffic does.

We sell one of these two, so read the numbers rather than the adjectives. Every Voluum figure below is theirs, from their own pricing page.

The short version

Roitrack fits if

You want a flat bill whatever your traffic does, your data on hardware you control, and a tracker that installs with one command.

Price

Voluum publishes seven plans. The prices below are theirs, month to month, and so are the event allowances.

PlanMonth‑to‑monthEvents included
Voluum Profit$149/mo1,000,000
Voluum Scale$349/mo5,000,000
Voluum Start-up$599/mo10,000,000
Voluum Agency$999/mo25,000,000
Voluum Enterprise$1,999/mo60,000,000
Voluum Corporate$4,999/mo200,000,000
Voluum Executive$9,999/mo500,000,000
Roitrack$69/mono limit

Voluum's entry plan starts at $149 a month. Roitrack is $69, billed monthly, cancel any month — $69 is the most you ever have at stake.

What an event is, and why it matters

The number that decides your Voluum bill is not clicks. Their pricing page defines it:

An event is any action being tracked — a visit, click, conversion, or impression.

with a footnote that 10 impressions count as 1 event. On that definition a visitor who lands on your page, clicks through to the offer and converts is three events, not one. Send that traffic straight to the offer with no lander and it is two. A funnel that reports the same conversion twice bills twice again. Either way you are billed per step, not per customer.

Go over the plan's allowance and Voluum charges for the excess. Their published rates, per 1,000 events over the limit: $0.06 on Profit, $0.05 on Scale and Start-up, $0.035 on Agency, $0.03 on Enterprise, $0.025 on Corporate and $0.020 on Executive.

Roitrack Conversions list filtered to the nutra group, All Time, sorted by conversion time descending, showing 18 rows with columns Conv Time, Click Time, Click ID, Campaign, Flow, Offer and Lander. Every row names a lander, LP1 on all but one Native IT — Keto Slim row which reads LP2, and none reads Direct. The campaigns are Collagen Serum, Slim Tea, Hair Growth, Keto Slim and Joint Care, all COD offers. The gap between click time and conversion time runs from about four hours on the top row to more than seven days further down. Two click IDs each appear on two separate rows with different conversion times. The group filter reads nutra and the header bar reads 449 rows
Filtered to one group, so the lander path is visible: 449 conversions, every one through a lander, landing anywhere from four hours to seven days after the click. Two click IDs appear twice — that is one visitor reported twice as the order moves through the funnel, and on a metered plan both are billable.

Roitrack does not count events. There is one plan, it costs $69 a month, and it includes unlimited clicks and conversions, unlimited domains and users, and unlimited campaigns, offers and landers. A campaign that unexpectedly works does not produce an unexpected invoice. That is the whole difference in the billing model, and it is the main reason people move.

Where your data sits

Voluum is a cloud platform. Your click data lives on their infrastructure, and there is no self-hosted or on-premise option on their pricing page.

Roitrack installs on a VPS you rent and control. Clicks, conversions and costs are written to a database on that machine. The licence check is the only thing that talks to us, and it carries no campaign data. If you cancel, the data stays where it is, because it was never on our servers.

Roitrack Click Log, All Time, sorted by time descending, showing 22 rows timestamped 17 September 2026 between 12:04 and 12:08, with columns Time, Click ID, Campaign, Flow, Offer, Lander, IP, Cntry, OS, OS Ver, Browser and Device. Each row carries a full 36-character click ID and an IP address. Countries include Brazil, Indonesia, the Philippines, Turkey, Poland, Spain, Peru, Portugal, Mexico, Romania and India. Nineteen rows read Android and Chrome on mobile, one reads iOS and Safari on mobile, and two read Windows and Chrome on desktop; the OS Ver column is empty throughout. The Lander column reads Direct on seventeen rows and names a lander on five. The header bar reads 225,280 rows across 451 pages, and the sidebar lists Campaigns, Click Date Report, Offers, Affiliate Networks, Traffic Sources, Landers, Click Log, Conversions, S2S Log, Domains, Settings and Support
225,280 click rows, on your server, down to the individual click ID. On a metered plan every one of them is a billable event.

What Roitrack actually is

A self-hosted tracker for click tracking, lander and CTA tracking, and S2S postback conversions. One command to install on your own VPS. Typical redirect is 1.6 ms. Costs are stored and reported in USD.

$69 a month buys the whole thing: unlimited clicks and conversions, unlimited domains and users, unlimited campaigns, offers and landers. There is no second tier to be upsold to, because there is no second tier — the plan badge in the screenshots above reads basic because that is the only paid plan there is. A trial, then basic, and nothing above it.
